We also offer a culinary tour of Paris during which we experience the artistry of some of the finest Chefs in the world.  This luxury vacation offers accommodations at World Class hotels, coupled with the opportunity to dine as a private group in Michelin starred restaurants, as well as some typical Parisian cafes. 
We build this culinary tour around themes such as the range of technique and style in French cuisine. For example, we might begin with the famed Traditional and Nouvelle culinary institutions of Paris and finish with the avant-garde, and often culturally fused cuisine which characterizes some of the most adventurous Chefs in Paris.  You have the option of meeting each evening before dinner to hear about and discuss that evening’s restaurant, its chef, its menu, and their history. 

 Bliss Travels  also offers this customized culinary tour in conjunction with an award winning travel writer and author of a Parisian guidebook. Along with a customized culinary experience, we offer you the opportunity to design and participate in daily excursions throughout Paris. 
All aspects of our vacations are completely customized, from our restaurant excursions, to our daily activities, and are therefore built around your preferences... Whether you prefer a luxurious tour of gastronomic restaurants or a sampling of a cross section of Parisian life, we can design a dream vacation with as much or as little activity as you would like.

Saturday & Sunday

You choose where you wish to go, and with whom:

· We’ll arrange privately guided walking tours or prepare personalized maps (detailing all the shops & sights on YOUR wish list) so you can take your own walking ‘tour’.

· Paris has it all ... Antiques, fine fashion - Hermes, Dior, Yves St. Laurent, Christofle, Lalique... We’ll even provide a translator if you like.

· Visit the impressionists at the D’Orsay, and Da Vinci in the Louvre.

· Stroll through Montmartre and Sacre Coeur!

· Perhaps a day trip to Versailles...  We’ll send you with a guide and a basket of delicacies to tour the Chateau and its spectacular gardens. Row around its lake, stroll through the forest or visit Marie Antoinette’s Hameau.

· For Lunch, let us deliver a gourmet picnic, complete with wine, to you in the Tuileries Gardens, or along the Seine. We’ll even have your morning shopping bags returned to the hotel for you while you relax. If you prefer something a bit more formal, join us for a casual lunch, at one of our favorite little neighborhood places.

Evenings:
· You are invited to join us for a wine tasting or pre dinner get together.
· Dinners both Saturday & Sunday are privately arranged, with special menus and wines, at top ranked inter- nationally renown gastronomic restaurants, sure to satisfy even the most discriminating palates!
Monday: after a leisurely breakfast, you will be taken to the airport.

Cost: $4,100 - $4,800 per person based upon double occupancy.

Vacations are inclusive of 3 nights hotel, 3 Breakfasts, 3 lunches (as described above), 3 Dinners (gourmet dining as described above), wine tasting, wines with meals, pre arranged sightseeing, transportation to and from the airport in Paris, taxes, gratuities.

We will gladly make all flight arrangements, limousine transfers to/from U.S. airports, pre and post trip stays, additional days in Paris or other destinations... for an additional charge.
Not included:   trip cancellation insurance (highly recommended), room service charges, and items of a personal nature.

Culinary Vacations to coincide with dates on the Tour de France are possible for those who book early. Please contact us for further details.
This vacation can also be built around specific foods or wines. The days will consist of either independent or escorted sightseeing, shopping or leisure. Your choice!   There is also the possibility of adding this tour at the conclusion of one of the pre-planned Bliss...in Provence vacations. If you wish, we can also arrange for a private plane  from the United States to France.
Additional dates can be arranged for anyone wishing to create a completely customized vacation for their own private group.
