ONE WEEK, ONE OF A KIND HANDS ON, FRENCH CULINARY EXPERIENCE FOR FOODIES AND ASPIRING CHEFS

Spend the first week in May learning about Provencal cuisine while you wine and dine in true French fashion. This is a small group highly personalized experience. We accompany you and translate as you meet the chefs, tour their kitchens and taste their specialties. We tour and taste in the vineyards, spend the morning in the famed Provencal markets, take lessons, watch demonstrations, picnic in the poppy fields, and learn what it means to make “real Provencal cuisine”. This educational adventure includes: 
optional pre voyage group meeting with cooking lesson, 6 nights accommodations in luxury Inn located in a 1000 year old perched village, 3 gourmet meals per day including local wines with lunch and dinner, ground transportation to daily lessons and events, private farm tours, market tours, cooking lessons and demonstrations, private visits to professional kitchens and artisan food producers (olive oils, goat cheeses, jams/sorbets).
Maximum 12 guests. (each group of 12 has two guides, hotel staff, separate chef/instructors, and private, owner guided tours).
